What we collect

Account data: email address, password hash, billing identifiers from Square.
Profile data the extension reads: when you open a prospect's profile and press "Find email", we receive the public profile fields (name, headline, company, public LinkedIn vanity URL) so we can run the enrichment cascade.
Recent posts (only when you press "Draft opener"): the text of up to 3 public posts visible on the prospect's profile, sent to our AI provider to generate the opening line. Not stored after generation.
Usage telemetry: per-action timestamps for billing and rate-limit accounting.

What we do not do

We do not log into your LinkedIn / Apollo / ZoomInfo accounts. Everything runs in your existing browser session.
We do not transmit your full inbox, message history, or private messages.
We do not sell or share enrichment data with third parties beyond our verification providers.

Third-party processors

We share the minimum data necessary with: Supabase (auth + database), Cloudflare (hosting), Anthropic (cold-opener generation), and our enrichment providers (Hunter, Dropcontact, Datagma, FindyMail). Each runs under its own DPA.

Prospect opt-out

If you are a prospect listed in our enrichment cache and want your data removed, email privacy@wetyr.com. We honor the request within 72 hours and add the address to a permanent suppression list shared across our customer base.

Retention

Lead data is retained while your account is active and for 30 days after cancellation, then purged. Stripe / Square invoice records are kept for the duration legally required for tax purposes.
